Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Data and Business Systems Analyst to design and implement technology solutions that streamline processes and boost efficiency. The role covers end-to-end ownership of data workflows, integration across systems, and collaboration with business users to identify scalable tech solutions.

The ideal candidate will develop production-quality applications, maintain integrations, and evaluate AI-enabled technologies to enhance automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in software systems, workflow automation, and technology platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for application development and data analysis.
• Experience with production applications, APIs, databases, and data-driven systems.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and secure software design.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled technologies and workflow automation frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of solution lifecycles, including requirements gathering, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Partner with business users to define practical, scalable technology solutions tailored to their needs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications, services, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and support integrations across systems, data platforms, and reporting tools.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, gather user feedback, and evolve concepts into production-ready systems.
• Document solutions to ensure security, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled technologies to enhance workflow automation and data processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
