Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in applied data science or analytics.
• Strong Python programming and SQL skills.
• Experience building, validating, deploying models in production.
• Solid foundation in statistics, optimization or forecasting.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Frame and answer analytical questions grounded in data across operations and logistics.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain statistical, ML, forecasting, and optimization models.
• Perform large‑scale analysis of data from WMS, TMS, ERP, and other systems.
• Create production‑grade analytics in Python/SQL and collaborate with business units.
• Validate models and monitor performance with real‑world feedback.
• Communicate insights and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
