Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience across data science and federal cost/pricing analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps workflows.
• Advanced quantitative modeling with Python, R, and Excel.
• Understanding of federal government acquisition processes and proposal pricing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and deployment of specialized data science applications for government R&D missions using an Agile/DevOps pipeline.
• Translate operational and mission requirements into digital engineering and data-driven models guiding application development.
• Build, integrate, and execute analytical tools to assess, baseline, and enhance software and application utility (e.g., by processing Overhead Persistent InfraRed data).
• Partner with federal and contractor product teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain pricing models and tools for proposals across FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ contracts.
• Evaluate RFPs/RFQs, develop BOE frameworks, and support FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance when needed.
• Conduct rate analysis and ROMs with leadership for customer delivery.
• Collaborate with Capture, BD, and Leadership to present cost/price models, risk analyses, and proposals.
