Job summary

Assurant seeks a Business Reporting Analyst to design, build and maintain operational and management reports for US depot operations. This hybrid role reports to either Lewisville, TX or Mt Juliet, TN facilities, requiring 2–3 days onsite.

You will gather requirements, perform data analysis, and develop report solutions using SQL, Excel and visualization tools, while delivering production reporting support and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working as a reporting analyst with SQL and Excel in a professional environment.
• 2+ years of experience with visual tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain operational and management reports for US depot operations.
• Gather, organize and document requirements; perform system/data analysis and report solution development.
• Provide production reporting support and maintain customer relationships with clear communication.
• Automate reporting to improve profitability analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
