Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree required in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements to design reporting solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate SQL query writing experience.
• Strong Power BI skills and experience with analytic application tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to use data-driven storytelling to communicate insights.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
• Ability to learn, understand, and interpret complex data.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay current with application updates, industry trends, and best practices in reporting and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom reports using analytic tools and Power BI aligned to business requirements.
• Gather and analyze user reporting requirements, translating needs into effective reporting solutions.
• Perform data modeling and data analysis to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to identify and define KPIs and reporting metrics.
• Run testing and validation for reports and dashboards to confirm data accuracy and data quality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI and/or other BI applications used to deliver solutions.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
