Job summary

The City and County of Denver is seeking a contract oversight and data management professional to support the Denver Workforce System. You will manage contract life cycles, ensure compliance, and develop dashboards across systems such as Salesforce and Workday.

This limited-term role emphasizes data quality and program outcomes. The position offers a hybrid work model with three on-site days in Denver and remote work the rest, plus competitive public-sector benefits and opportunities for impact

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible professional experience including analyzing management problems and solutions.
• Substitution rules: experience may substitute for some education per policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract life cycle: SOW, negotiations, amendments and compliance.
• Oversee service providers' documentation, invoices, data entry, and files for compliance.
• Lead monthly partnership reviews, provide guidance and corrective action plans.
• Develop training, SOPs, and tools for staff and partners.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
• Collaborate to interpret state/local policies and ensure timely implementation.
• Participate in cross-departmental workgroups and audits.
