Job summary

CIVHC in Denver, CO is seeking a Data Operations & Development Junior Project Manager to coordinate data projects, maintain schedules, and support dataset production. You will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery, while developing documentation and workflows to streamline Data Solutions initiatives.

The hybrid role requires at least one in-office day weekly and relocation support may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years progressively responsible experience in office or project management may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year’s experience with project management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of Data Solutions projects and datasets.
• Coordinate day-to-day dataset production activities and monitor timelines.
• Lead meetings for dataset production and weekly standups.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers for transparency.
