Job summary

The Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC) in Denver, CO is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of data products within Data Solutions. You will track timelines, assist with dataset production, and collaborate with data vendors and technical staff to ensure timely deliverables.

You will help develop documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures while supporting senior leadership with project planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and priorities concurrently.
• Experience coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, timelines, milestones, and documentation for Data Solutions projects.
• Maintain dataset production schedules and track progress against production timelines.
• Create and update Salesforce projects and project documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and standups; support process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on dependencies and handoffs.
• Update closeout reports and capture lessons learned for process improvement.
• Lead daily project management activities for dataset production as assigned.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and workflows for recurring Data Solutions needs.
• Support leadership with project updates, trackers, and accountability.
