Job Summary
The Data Operations & DevelopmentJunior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned data products and projects within the Data Solutions department. This role coordinates day-to-day project activities, supports dataset production, maintains project timelines and documentation, and works closely with project teams, technical staff, and external data vendors to ensure assigned deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. The Junior Project Manager supports the Senior Project Manager and Data Solutions leadership with project planning, process improvement, documentation, and operational initiatives. This position utilizes strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate multiple priorities and support successful project delivery. The Junior Project Manager also contributes to the development and maintenance of documentation, workflows, and processes that support several Data Solutions initiatives.
Hybrid Work Model
This position is based in Denver, Colorado. Because CIVHC operates under a hybrid work model with a requirement of at least one in-office day per week (unless otherwise approved), candidates must reside within a commutable distance to the Denver metro area.
Limited relocation assistance may be available for out-of-state candidates who intend to relocate to the Denver area.

This position primarily involves computer-based work in office and remote work environments. Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $62,000.00 – $72,000.00, based on experience, education, and internal equity.
In addition, this position may be eligible for an organization-wide bonus if certain metrics are met by CIVHC.
