Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of data reporting tools and data products within our Analytics Product organization. This role requires a unique blend of product and project management expertise, with a deep understanding of data product lifecycles that differ from traditional software development. You will lead one or more focus teams, partnering closely with analytics, business, data, and external stakeholders across Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Digital, and MarTech to define roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful data solutions. Responsibilities
  • Partner with analytics, business, data, and external partners to articulate the Marketing, Loyalty, and MarTech data transformation vision, and communicate timelines, opportunities, and challenges
  • Lead Marketing, Loyalty, and MarTech project and product management activities for development lifecycles, including product definition, roadmap, scope, and budget management across multiple focus teams
  • Provide inputs to value measurement processes, capturing data product wins and impact, and building content to socialize results across the organization
  • Act as a Data Subject Matter Expert to provide input, clarity, and requirements to cross-functional teams
  • Partner with multiple business areas across CRM, Digital, Loyalty, MarTech, and Marketing to leverage data in understanding business problems and identifying the tools and datasets necessary for delivery
  • Review and prioritize data enhancement requests and ongoing development activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Track and report progress, define project deliverables, and ensure transparency of delivery timelines while proactively managing scope changes, identifying potential risks, and devising contingency plans
  • Maintain communications for governing bodies and interested parties, and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
  • Apply analytical skills to examine data and ideas, identify assumptions, and obtain detailed information to support the planning of Marketing and Loyalty solutions and technology products
  • Provide critical thinking to incorporate emerging trends and innovative technologies into recommendations that support the enhancement and improvement of the customer experience
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving to address complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner closely with CRM on the Master Data Management workstream, supporting the development of a Customer Data Platform to serve as the source of truth and foundational identity resolution for MarTech systems
  • Develop a strong understanding of competitor capabilities and strategies specific to the dynamic content space
  • Partner on the implementation of new data capabilities and coordinate integrations into existing Marketing and Loyalty tools for delivery and handoff to operational teams

  • Familiarity with project management tools including Jira and Smartsheets
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills
  • Experience collaborating directly with data developers, cloud technology delivery teams, and business customers
Experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience driving timeline and delivery performance in engineering, analytics, or technical projects
  • 4+ years of experience creating and analyzing management reports
  • 3+ years of project and/or product management experience, including requirement gathering, roadmapping, and assessing and mitigating quality issues
  • 2+ years of experience working with data representation, storytelling, analyses, and modeling
  • 5+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Experience working in data and analytics as a project manager and/or product owner preferred
  • Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • MBA or Master's degree in an analytically-oriented field preferred
