You will lead DSAR workflows, conduct DPIAs with cross-functional teams, and oversee TrustArc administration, ensuring ongoing compliance with the Data Privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or information governance.
• Experience coordinating DSARs, privacy assessments, and cookie consent management.
• CIPP or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Brother's data privacy framework, policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
• Lead DSAR workflow for US/Canada with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct DPIAs and privacy risk assessments for new processing activities.
• Administer TrustArc platform and support annual recertifications under DP frameworks.
• Draft and deliver privacy policies, training, and communications.
