Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years experience in data governance and data management implementing standards, policies and processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional data-centric teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Participate in data governance research, RFIs/RFPs and testing.
• Maintain data governance tools to ensure high-quality data across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise policies (Compliance, HR, IT, Legal).
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to gather requirements and provide governance guidance.
• Act as a point of contact for data governance inquiries and support stakeholders.
