• Experience with data audits, reconciliations, and process documentation.
• Ability to analyze system behavior and resolve complex data/workflow issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage data ingestion and movement across systems and record status, resolving exceptions.
• Perform data audits to verify completeness and accuracy across sources and platforms.
• Research and resolve complex data, system, integration, and workflow issues affecting timelines.
• Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams to correct discrepancies for compliant auction execution.
• Document data flows, validation rules, and SOPs; train users on data-management practices.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements, including AI-driven data quality enhancements.
