Job summary

Drexel University is seeking an Operations and Data Analyst to maintain the accuracy of student records, manage TPAR settings, audits, and co-op calendar operations. You will compile data for annual reports and respond to data requests for internal and external constituents.

The role requires strong MS Office and Excel skills, experience with Banner/OAS is preferred, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment within the Steinbright Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years relevant professional work experience.
• High level proficiency with MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Ability to learn new technical skills and analyze reports from databases.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple university departments.

Responsibilities

• Audit and generate reports for cycle and round data for jobs, applications, interviews and placements.
• Monitor co-op records and collaborate with Steinbright staff to resolve issues.
• Manage BannerJob Output data and update co-op cycles with SCDC Ops mailbox.
• Provide support for Steinbright systems and Banner, DrexelOne, OAS, TimeTrade.
• Process ad-hoc data requests from Drexel departments and partners.
• Prepare, review and audit reports and manage department communications.
• Assist with evaluating Steinbright processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
