Everforth Apex in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Data and Knowledge Architect to lead the design, governance, and improvement of data and knowledge foundations that support AI and agentic capabilities across Network Services. You will work with both structured and unstructured data to ensure information is defined, organized, governed, and available for trusted AI consumption.

This role provides senior leadership in standards, guardrails, and procedures for curating and preparing operational assets

Qualifications

• Experience engineering and governing both structured and unstructured data for analytics, automation, search, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Advanced understanding of data modeling, transformation, storage, indexing, retrieval, and metadata management.
• Ability to define enterprise-ready standards for data, documents, and knowledge artifacts.
• Experience with data quality controls and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of data and knowledge assets for AI-enabled workflows.
• Define standards for documentation, telemetry, and metadata for AI consumption.
• Partner with SMEs to translate operational knowledge into governed assets.
• Build pipelines and validation routines to improve AI context assets.
• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, operations, and governance teams.
