Job summary

The Data Exchange Analyst at Judi Health, LLC will ensure accuracy and reliability of outbound data feeds (claims, formulary, network, eligibility) supporting our pharmacy benefit services. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare data operations, or IT integration roles.
• Strong understanding of PBM data (eligibility, claims, accumulators, formulary, network) and file layouts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain outbound data feeds (claims, formulary, network, eligibility) to ensure accuracy and alignment with Judi Rx standards.
• Assist in setting up and testing data connectivity for new and existing clients.
• Support manual claims processing activities and error resolution.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data transfer and loading issues with internal and external partners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to onboard clients and communicate data requirements.
