Job summary

J Judi Health is seeking a Data Exchange Analyst to ensure accurate data feeds and reliable PBM data operations for clients across the US. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to configure, test, and monitor feeds such as eligibility, claims, formulary, and network data, while supporting data migrations and client onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ year of PBM, healthcare data ops, or IT integration experience.
Strong knowledge of PBM data (eligibility, claims, formulary, network).
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with data feeds/EDI is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and maintain outbound data feeds (claims, formulary, network, eligibility).
Set up and test data connectivity for new/existing clients.
Support manual claims processing and historical data loads.
Investigate and resolve data transfer issues with partners.
Collaborate with Operations, Implementation, Product, and Development teams.
Create and update process documentation and SOPs.
Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and HIPAA guidelines.
