You will provide exceptional customer support for walk-in customers, assist with loading/unloading trucks, and scan equipment in compliance with Rentex policies. The position may involve rotating departments and requires attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED (or equivalent) is acceptable.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Entry-level role with opportunities for advancement within Rentex.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for walk-in customers
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Scan-in equipment, by order, in compliance with Rentex policy
• Check for missing equipment and report findings
• Count cables and miscellaneous items
• Double-check anything requiring a signature
• Follow direction of department leaders and managers
• Reshelve equipment not requiring QC
• Pull and prep orders with high attention to detail
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance
• Comply with written and posted company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
