The role is hybrid, requiring one onsite day per week and remote work the rest of the week, with a target of 8,000–10,000 keystrokes per hour and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include entering data into internal systems, handling daily admin tasks, and ensuring timely, accurate processing while meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills (8,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter application information into internal systems.
• Process daily administrative tasks, including incoming mail, file creation, return mail, and document distribution.
• Print and prepare email attachments and correspondence for mailing.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while meeting service-level expectations and turnaround times.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and internal partners to support operational goals.
• Assist with additional administrative and processing duties as needed.
