Job summary

Chatham University invites applications for the position of Data Entry Assistant within the Independent Monitoring for Quality(IM4Q) Program. This part-time, hybrid role offers flexible scheduling with approximately 15 hours per week from October through January, increasing to approximately 30 hours per week from January through June to align with peak survey season.

The IM4Q Program, supported by the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs, enhances the quality of life for individuals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in office administration, data entry, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Enter completed IM4Q monitor surveys into the state data system accurately, completely, and within established deadlines.
Review incoming surveys for completeness and follow up with the Program Coordinator regarding missing or unclear information.
Track and report data entry progress.
Maintain confidentiality of all survey data and comply with program and state privacy requirements.
Organize and maintain electronic survey files in accordance with program record-keeping procedures.
Assist with other general administrative duties as needed, particularly during the September–January period, including organizing program records; preparing or sending correspondence and reminder materials; assisting with scheduling or tracking monitor assignments; and other clerical support as assigned.
