You will build reports and dashboards, monitor real-time data, and collaborate with patient services leadership, HR, and training teams to support staffing decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree.
• Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes historical staffing data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement. Creates process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and implement solutions.
• Monitors real time data including appointment utilization to ensure optimal PSC performance. Build plans to address gaps in staffing levels for optimal resource allocation.
• Builds strong relationships within patient services leadership team. Collaborate with leaders on scheduling strategies to optimize staffing resources.
