Qualifications

• 2+ years of workforce management forecasting and reporting experience.
• Preferred knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, MS Excel, NICE IEX.
• Experience with reporting, forecasting, analytics, workforce strategies.

Responsibilities

• Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly contact volumes and staff requirements.
• Create and maintain forecast models predicting Contact Center impacts.
• Collaborate with internal customers on impact analysis for proposed changes.
• Provide variance analysis on forecast performance.
