Responsibilities

• Collect, abstract, and code clinical data from multiple sources.
• Enter data into study-specific EDC systems.
• Extract Adverse Events from the EHR and review with investigators.
• Coordinate Serious Adverse Event follow-up in the database.
• Resolve data queries with minimal errors.
• Coordinate quality control reviews for audits.
