Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a senior Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own OFE equipment delivery for data center projects. You’ll manage end-to-end planning, scheduling, and escalations with OEMs and GCs to ensure on-time readiness for ROS.

This role emphasizes execution, with strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination and data-driven tracking. You will coordinate with Construction, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, and Sourcing, driving recovery plans and ensuring complete equipment arrives

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for data center facilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to turn a delivery problem into a one-page leadership recommendation.
• Data fluency; building trackers and dashboards with schedule visibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site: PO, milestones, FAT dates, ship dates, ROS, integrated with the GC schedule.
• Lead OFE kickoff meetings with GC and internal teams to set contacts, delivery windows, and escalation paths.
• Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and integrators; verify progress against committed slots.
• Escalate factory slips, shortages, FAT failures, shipping delays; drive recovery plans with Sourcing & Engineering.
• Hold GC OFCI teams accountable for receiving, storage, and installation readiness; manage change/claims.
