Job summary

Related Digital is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Mechanical to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of OFCI equipment across our data center portfolio.

You will own mechanical infrastructure supply chain execution, providing end-to-end visibility into demand, manufacturing progress, integration, logistics, supplier performance, and readiness. Work with procurement, design, construction, and operations to mitigate risks and ensure availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or project delivery.
• 5+ years in mission critical infrastructure, data center, or similar complex construction.
• Experience managing OFCI equipment through procurement, manufacturing, testing, logistics, delivery, installation, and turnover.
• Experience with manufacturers, suppliers, integrators and third-party service providers.
• Strong AI/LLM, workflow automation, and advanced analytics experience.
• Knowledge of data center mechanical infrastructure (switchgear, UPS, transformers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead OFCI equipment programs across the project portfolio.
• Maintain visibility into equipment demand, sourcing, manufacturing schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate equipment planning with Procurement, Development, Design, and Construction teams.
• Support portfolio-level delivery strategies for critical mechanical infrastructure.
• Develop portfolio-wide standards for OFCI planning, visibility, and turnover.
• Drive consistency in equipment tracking, reporting, milestone management, and risk identification.
• Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and standardization.
• Develop preferred supplier/integrator strategies to improve predictability and execution.
• Capture lessons learned and refine supply chain processes and tools.
• Support repeatable reporting, dashboards, metrics, and governance for leadership visibility.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled analytics and digital solutions for efficiency.
