Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own OFE equipment delivery for a regional data center portfolio. You will manage end-to-end delivery plans, from PO to ROS, coordinating with Construction, Engineering, and OEMs to meet ready-for-service dates.

This senior individual-contributor role emphasizes execution, risk tracking, weekly cadences with OEMs, and escalation management, with travel up to 40% and hybrid US work.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners.
• Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data fluency; ability to build trackers and dashboards.
• Thrives with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment; owns outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OFE delivery planning for portfolio sites, including PO, milestones, FAT, ship dates, and ROS.
• Lead site-level OFE kickoff meetings with GC and internal teams; establish contacts and escalation paths.
• Maintain a single source of truth for OFE status across the portfolio with live trackers.
• Run weekly delivery cadences with OEMs and implement recovery plans for delays.
• Escalate factory slips, shortages, and shipping delays; coordinate with Sourcing and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Logistics for oversize/high-value equipment transport and site readiness.
• Track delivery KPIs and surface systemic issues; feed lessons learned to Sourcing and Construction.
• Plan capacity delivery reviews and provide leadership with converged risk views.
