Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Project Scheduler to own and manage schedules for large-scale data-center development projects. You will collaborate with development, energy, engineering, and construction teams to ensure schedules are accurate and up to date.

Travel up to 10% and a Denver, CO-based hybrid in-office role with a compensation range of $125K-$150K and bonuses. The ideal candidate has extensive scheduling experience in data centers or large-scale construction, strong

Qualifications

Minimum five years of project scheduler experience, with at least two years in data center development.
Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phased schedules simultaneously.
Proficient with Procore and construction management software.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and update multiple project schedules across the United States.
Coordinate with PMs, Construction Managers, GC's, and leads to set baselines and forecasts.
Identify schedule delays and escalate to the appropriate PM promptly.
Document scheduling processes and maintain records.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for updates.
Develop and maintain scheduling best practices and training materials.
