Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead medium to large data center development and design projects. The role requires managing risk, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction across multi‑discipline teams.

You will staff projects, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and startup activities, and collaborate with clients to deliver successful outcomes. Hybrid work options and relocation are available where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of data center industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites and manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of medium to large data center development projects including risk, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure successful execution of project scope across performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Staff the project effectively and lead multi-discipline teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and startup.
• Coordinate activities of third-party contributors and ensure contractual compliance and risk management.
