Eaton’s Energy Solutions & Services team in Richmond, VA is seeking a Program Manager – Product Development to lead rapid growth of our Data Center Power Distribution (DCPD) business. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with relocation assistance and about 10% travel.

You’ll manage complex new product development programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive schedules, budgets, and process improvements to bring innovative power solutions to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in new Product Development Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Program Management
• No immigration sponsorship accepted

Responsibilities

• Lead large product development projects across multiple offices and time zones
• Create comprehensive business plans for product development projects
• Drive continuous improvement and lean culture to achieve outcomes
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resources
