Experience developing products from concept to manufacturing launch
Strong knowledge of PLM, DFMEA/DFSS and cost/design for manufacturability

Responsibilities

Lead mechanical design and development of product lines in cross-functional teams
Mentor junior staff and document design methods to meet standards
Lead product certification planning and testing with NRTLs
Support DFMEA/DFSS and cost/design for manufacturing analysis
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to optimize assembly processes
Stay updated on UL, IEEE, IEC, CSA, and DOE standards
