Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive (Hill's Pet Nutrition) in Overland Park, KS seeks a Customer Engagement Analytics Intern. You will collaborate with regional teams to identify segmentation opportunities and develop dashboards for demand and customer engagement KPIs while supporting demand planning.

You will work hybrid, 20 hours per week during the semester, with travel up to 10%. Experience with analytics tools such as Domo and Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Must be available to work hybrid at Overland Park, KS.
• Must be available to work 20 hours/week during the academic semester.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regions to identify and leverage segmentation analytics.
• Develop dashboards for demand and customer engagement KPIs.
• Support demand planning and customer engagement initiatives.
• Work with the Demand Planners & Customer Service/Engagement team to support analytics.
• Integrate analytics solutions with existing systems.
• Lead data collection, analysis and interpretation to support decisions.
• Coordinate training and adoption of new tools and dashboards.
• Oversee master data management to ensure data integrity.
