Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Enrolled in BA/BS program in Business Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Have completed junior year before internship start
• Graduate on or before May 2028
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Google suite, and have experience with SQL
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Research best practices and benchmark KPI reporting in Contact Service Centers to optimize customer experience at Hill’s
• Work with Success Operations and Call Center Leadership to drive one key initiative for continuous improvement
• Monitors KPI performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop CXEC communications that educate teams on product benefits and customer experience and increase resilience
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain and Logistics teams
