Colgate-Palmolive invites a student with a passion for data to join our Overland Park, KS team as a Customer Engagement Analytics Intern. You will help build dashboards, analyze customer data, and collaborate with regional CS&L groups to drive informed decisions.

You will work 20 hours per week during the academic semester in a hybrid setting, gaining hands-on experience with analytics tools and demand-planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in CS, DS, IS, SCM or a related field.
• Available to work hybrid at Overland Park, KS location throughout the internship.
• Must be available to work 20 hours/week during the academic semester.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regions to use analytic tools.
• Deliver analyses that provide insights for customer data and collaboration.
• Support and coordinate new tools implementations (Data Studio, BigQuery, Snowflake, Sigma, Domo).
• Manage, update and share standardized analytics and reports to CS&L teams.
• Lead data collection, analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with regions to understand needs and requirements.
• Ensure integration of analytics solutions with existing systems.
• Facilitate training and adoption of new dashboards.
