Responsibilities

• Execute Strategic Insights Research: Oversee qualitative and quantitative studies (agile, online, or in-person) to uncover core business needs.
• Integrate & Analyse Multi‑Source Data: Synthesize primary, secondary, internal, social listening, panel, and syndicated data to identify trends and refine definitions.
• Optimize Innovation Concepts: Measure and optimize concept KPIs using industry standard methodologies and vendor tools.
• Govern & Train on Agile Tools: Serve as the daily contact and trainer for Agile research platforms and educate stakeholders.
• Manage Vendor Relationships & Budgets: Oversee project budgets, research tools, vendor relationships, and resolve issues.
