This role focuses on translating business needs into data product strategy and leading data-driven initiatives within a Global EY team. The position involves working on large-scale agile projects, cloud-enabled data platforms, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact data solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with several years of related experience.
• 4+ years in banking, capital markets, insurance or asset management.
• 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams through a project lifecycle.
• 3+ years in at least one Financial services domain.
• 3+ years with data platform enablement, transformation, or end-to-end delivery.
• 3+ years with business process, data mapping or readiness.
• 4+ years with cloud-related technology/architecture patterns.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and translate remediations into data products strategy, roadmap and requirements.
• Work on large scale agile development projects including data integration and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into data models (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Solve complex issues and drive growth across financial services.
• Define data/analytic strategies by assessing gaps and designing future state solutions.
• Manage and coach diverse teams of professionals with different backgrounds.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure tasks and timelines are met.
• Propose and drive new technologies to enhance or replace existing processes.
• Develop strategies to solve problems logically using creative methods and engage with large teams.
• Monitor progress to deliver quality client services.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and networks; cultivate business development opportunities.
