Job summary

EY seeks a Data Analyst in Technology Consulting to architect modern data platforms and data products for Financial Services clients in Dallas. You will lead engineering efforts across data architectures, data marketplaces and governance, focusing on risk control and information intelligence.

Expect 40–45 hours per week with travel up to 60% and a holistic benefits package including health coverage and a hybrid work model. A relevant degree with 4–5 years of progressive experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and progressive work experience.
• 4–5 years of data architecture/engineering experience in finance or a similar industry.
• Experience with Data Architecture, Cloud Modernization, Data Products, and Data Mesh.
• Knowledge of traditional RDBMS, NoSQL, and distributed data platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to hyperscalers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into data architecture and engineering solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end data platforms and data marketplaces.
• Advise on data governance, risk controls, and information intelligence initiatives.
• Propose new technologies and drive thought leadership in data strategy.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and grow engagement opportunities.
