This role focuses on translating business needs into data product strategy and leading data-driven initiatives within a Global EY team. The position involves working on large-scale agile projects, cloud-enabled data platforms, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-impact data solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with several years of related experience.
• 4+ years in banking, capital markets, insurance or asset management.
• 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams through a project lifecycle.
• 3+ years in at least one Financial services domain.
• 3+ years with data platform enablement, transformation, or end-to-end delivery.
• 3+ years with business process, data mapping or readiness.
• 4+ years with cloud-related technology/architecture patterns.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to meet client needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 5 years of progressive related work experience; or a Master’s degree in related fields with 4 years of related work experience.
• 4 years of experience in banking, capital markets, insurance and/or asset management.
• 3 years of experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams through a project/product lifecycle.
• 3 years of combined experience in at least one Financial services domain (e.g., Consumer, Commercial, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Enterprise, Life insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Wealth, Regulatory Reporting).
• 3 years of experience assisting clients with data platform enablement, transformation, or end-to-end program delivery.
• 3 years of experience with business process, business architecture, functional data mapping, and/or readiness for consumption.
• 4 years of experience with cloud-related technology and/or architecture patterns.
• 3 years of experience with data ingestion, data management and data design, including logical data modeling.
• Domestic and regional travel up to 60% to meet client needs.
