Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production incidents across Conflict Resolution-based applications.
• Own edge cases in Retail Partners' Databricks billing nobody else wants to touch.
• Translate the client-centric Negotiation outage into fixes that make the next Covington launch dull.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Own the deadline-driven Data Wrangling subsystem that the rest of Retail Partners quietly depends on.
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org.
• Tune MLOps caching so Retail Partners survives the Covington launch spike on the same hardware.
