Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in support of our 287(g) Program customer in Washington, DC. You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle, oversee automated pipelines, and ensure data integrity across cross-functional reporting to operational stakeholders and federal security units.

You will transform PDFs to JSON, manage PII/CUI security, and deliver Tableau/Excel reports while maintaining SOPs and tracking systems for program visibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project oversight experience.
• Experience providing application systems analysis and planning for data pipelines, Power Automate, and Tableau/SharePoint.
• 3–5 years in data analytics, data management, or reporting/records processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Automated Data Engineering & Intake pipelines.
• Manage Power Automate workflows for inbox monitoring and automated record creation.
• Transform PDF forms into standardized JSON records using Python.
• Perform daily data quality audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage background investigation packets and credentialing workflows.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports in Excel and Tableau; maintain SOPs.
