Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own the end-to-end data lifecycle for the 287(g) program, building and maintaining automated data pipelines, managing clearance tracking, and delivering cross-functional reporting between operations and federal security units.

The role requires experience with Power Automate, Python for data extraction, and Tableau/SharePoint for tracking, plus a focus on data integrity, security of PII/CUI, and collaboration with external agencies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project oversight experience on large projects or significant segments.
• Experience providing application systems analysis and planning for data pipelines and dashboards.
• 3-5 years in data analytics, data management, or reporting/records processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes; manage automated intake and JSON ingestion.
• Manage background investigation packet processes and secure handling of PII/CUI.
• Monitor training readiness, enrollment, and credentialing flows; update status in SharePoint and reports.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports using Excel and cross-functional trackers.
