Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a long-term Federal project in the National Capital Region (Arlington, VA or DC). This hybrid role requires on-site presence minimum 2 days a week and occasional on-site customer meetings; candidates must reside within commutable distance in the NCR.

The role oversees end-to-end data lifecycle for the 287(g) program, including automated intake, data extraction, normalization, and ingestion into tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT-related field is required.
• 2+ years as a Data Analyst.
• Must pass DHS security and suitability background check.

Responsibilities

• Automate data intake and transformation workflows.
• Manage data pipelines and JSON ingestion for 287(g) program.
• Ensure data security, including handling of PII/CUI and secure document transmission.
• Generate reports using Excel and Tableau; maintain SOPs and SharePoint structures.
