Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group seeks an Information Security Manager to own and run the security program while doing hands-on security work. You’ll set governance, respond to incidents, tune tooling, and work with a co-managed SOC to scale security across CAG’s brands and sites.

You will report to the VP, Technology and collaborate with IT, HR, Operations, and brand teams. This role covers cloud-first environments and plant-floor OT security in partnership with Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with hands-on operations and leadership.
• Direct incident response and EDR tooling experience.
• Microsoft 365 / Entra security depth: MFA/CA, privileged access, Defender.
• Email security administration (Mimecast, Proofpoint, or similar).
• Vulnerability management and remediation experience.
• Experience owning or contributing to a security awareness program.
• Ability to set policy/governance and report security posture to exec leadership.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Incident response — lead investigation, containment, and resolution.
• EDR monitoring, triage, classification, and case closure.
• Email security platform administration and policy management.
• Identity & M365 security governance, MFA/CA, Defender posture.
• Phishing response and end-user awareness triage.
• Vulnerability scans, prioritization, and patch remediation.
