ManpowerGroup in Milwaukee is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the IT Security Department. The role focuses on protecting the organization's IT infrastructure and collaborating with development teams to embed security into the software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience, with hands-on skills in SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT engineering, or computer science.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in engineering, architecture, and incident management.
• Experience with security tools: SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, endpoint security, and vulnerability scanners.
• Hands-on technical problem solving and analytics skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security tools (Defender, Purview, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and recommend security solutions for IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle.
• Configure, deploy, and manage security tools such as IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint security platforms.
• Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to incidents.
