Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking two Cyber Security Engineers for a hybrid/remote-friendly role based in Kenosha, WI. The position focuses on incident response, SIEM management, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection within a growing security program.

Ideal candidates have experience with CSF frameworks, GRC programs, and security training platforms, plus hands-on firewall and threat management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity engineering and incident response.
• Hands-on with SIEM platforms and threat detection.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs).

Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents and coordinate containment and remediation.
• Manage or support SIEM operations and alert tuning.
• Oversee vulnerability management program and patch cycles.
• Administer and secure endpoints across the environment.
• Operate firewall technologies and security monitoring.
• Detect threats and drive incident response improvements.
• Support GRC activities and CSF awareness.
• Contribute to cybersecurity program enhancements and training.
