ManpowerGroup, a leading workforce solutions company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer for its client in Milwaukee, WI. The role supports IT Security across the organization, focusing on securing infrastructure, networks, and systems in a hybrid environment.

You will design and implement security strategies, collaborate with development teams to embed security in the SDLC, configure security tools, monitor logs, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in information security, IT engineering, or computer science.
• Minimum 3+ years in cybersecurity roles focusing on engineering, architecture, and incident management.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, endpoint security, and vulnerability scanners required.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and recommend security solutions for IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC.
• Configure, deploy, and manage security tools like IDS/IPS and endpoint security.
• Monitor logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents.
