Job summary

Tripoint Solutions, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity & Cloud Operations Manager to support the DoWEA Education Platform modernization, in a hybrid Washington, DC metro location. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust are required.

You will lead secure cloud operations, drive compliance with RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, and coordinate with government teams to embed security into delivery pipelines while ensuring reliability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
• 10+ years in Federal cybersecurity and cloud environments.
• Experience leading cloud operations and cybersecurity teams.
• Knowledge of RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage secure cloud infrastructure and daily cloud operations for enterprise education platforms.
• Lead cybersecurity compliance activities including RMF, FISMA and FedRAMP.
• Oversee vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, and remediation.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for platform resilience.
• Coordinate security assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring with government teams.
• Implement security improvements to enhance availability, reliability and performance.
