Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC in the Washington, DC area is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to define and govern the technical architecture for the DoWEA Education Platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and interoperable solutions across instructional and business systems.

Candidates will lead architecture reviews for cloud infrastructure, APIs, and integrations, drive modernization, and collaborate with government stakeholders under Federal and DoWEA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of enterprise architecture experience in Federal IT environments.
• Experience designing enterprise cloud solutions and systems integration architectures.
• Experience supporting DoWEA or similar government programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architecture for instructional, operational, and administrative systems.
• Lead architecture reviews for cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and data platforms.
• Define integration strategies using API frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop modernization roadmaps aligned with mission objectives.
• Ensure solutions comply with Federal and DoWEA cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and EA standards.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering, development, and infrastructure teams.
