Tripoint Solutions, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity & Cloud Operations Manager in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on leading secure cloud operations, ensuring compliance with RMF, FISMA, and FedRAMP, and supporting the DoWEA Education Platform modernization.

The position is hybrid in the Washington, DC area with a requirement for U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $175,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Federal cybersecurity and cloud environment experience.
• Experience supporting DoWEA and leading cloud/cybersecurity teams.
• Knowledge of RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP and related compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage secure cloud infrastructure and daily cloud operations.
• Lead cybersecurity compliance activities (RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP).
• Oversee vulnerability management, security monitoring, and IR.
• Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience plans.
• Coordinate security assessments and continuous monitoring.
• Improve security and operations for availability and performance.
