Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation for US Customs/government agencies for entry of goods into the US.
• Provide impeccable customer service
• Process agency brokerage shipments and handle remote filings as needed
• Maintain and keep current shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements
• Follow up on Customs matters and resolve problems
• Adhere to all importing/exporting regulations
• Work with internal staff, carriers, brokers, government agencies, and customers to deliver high level service
• Perform entry reconciliations as needed
• Ensure all policies are followed
