Responsabilités

• Coordinate documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US.
• Provide impeccable customer service to importers.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from tariff books, SOPs, or internet.
• Perform data entry and processing of import-related documentation for submission to US Customs; may handle limited PGA’s.
• Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Adhere to all international importing regulations and work with internal staff to deliver high-level service.
• Process agency brokerage shipments and ensure all policies are followed.
• Overtime may be required; duties assigned by supervisor.
